March brought its share of challenges with ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred and the severe weather that swept through the region. However, thanks to Mosaic Construction's swift and strategic response, all sites were secured ahead of the storm, weathering the conditions with impressive resilience, resulting in minimal delays and negligible damage.
Mosaic Construction remains focused on delivering quality projects, with Residents set to settle into The Prescott by Mosaic following its completion later this month. Construction is underway at both The Bedford by Mosaic and Sophia by Mosaic, and excitement is building as we approach key milestones in our other ongoing projects.

Cotton Tree by Mosaic | Cotton Tree
Address: 17 The Esplanade, Cotton Tree
Apartments: Two boutique buildings featuring 8 full-floor, ultra-luxurious 3-bedroom residences and 33 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences.
Exciting progress continues at Cotton Tree, with the finish line in sight. At Building 1, stone benchtops are installed on Level 8, balcony paving is nearly complete, and the majority of the building’s scaffolding has been removed.
At Building 2, painting is finished on Level 8, flooring is complete on Level 6, and services fit-off is progressing across multiple levels.
External works and final internal fitout and defecting, will remain the focus throughout April.
Following last month’s major milestone of structural top-out, the building’s lift and stair cores have now been completed. Externally, balustrade glass installation has commenced, and scaffold has been removed from the front entry façade, enabling external rendering and painting to begin this month. Perimeter scaffold removal will continue, starting from the top and moving downwards, subject to weather conditions.
This marks a pivotal stage in the project, as The Manning’s architectural detail and craftsmanship begin to emerge, offering a first glimpse of the character that will welcome future residents.
Looking ahead to April, the final rooftop concrete pours are scheduled—weather permitting—alongside the placement of soil in completed planter boxes as early landscaping takes shape.
As settlement approaches, Mosaic Construction remains focused on finalising ground-floor landscaping, completing the rooftop recreational amenities and common areas, wrapping up internal finishing works, and addressing external touch-ups before welcoming Residents home in mid-April.
Despite the weather, Mosaic Construction was able to complete key site establishment activities, including the installation of perimeter fencing and signage.
The team is currently removing topsoil in preparation for the delivery of materials that will form a stable platform for two piling rigs, scheduled to arrive on-site later this month as we move into the next phase of construction.
In March, Mosaic Construction made significant progress, including the nearing completion of the formwork for the Level 2 slab, with the concrete pour scheduled to take place soon, weather permitting.
Scaffold installation is also set to commence around the perimeter of Levels 2 and 3 to support the next phase of structural works, continuing as construction advances.
March saw Lily’s structure rise to Level 27, with the jump form now reaching Level 31
April is shaping up to be another solid month on-site. Mosaic Construction is targeting lock-up for residences up to Level 7 as internal finishing works continue their upward momentum.
