Green Space & Landscaping

Extensive podium landscaping will enrich the streetscape, with native plants gradually cascading to soften the building’s form. This will enhance its visual appeal while contributing to microclimatic cooling.

Designed for Owner-Occupiers

Generously proportioned residences are thoughtfully crafted for owner-occupiers, featuring expansive living areas, oversized balconies, and bespoke finishes that showcase exceptional craftsmanship.
