September is almost over, and the warm, dry days of Spring are providing perfect conditions for continuing progress on all our projects.
With the roof now in place and final trim details completed, this eye-catching building is really making its mark on the streetscape.
As the beautiful timber flooring is being laid on Level 1, joinery is being fitted on Level 6, while Level 7 has been sheeted, ready for the first coat of paint. The glaziers have already finished on Level 7 and moved up to Level 8.
Once the render and cladding are completed on Level 8, scaffold will begin to be removed, revealing the stunning façade.
We’re excited to keep making strong progress and finish 2018 on a high note at Solis!
We’re almost there! Silvergum is in its final stages before completion next month.
All townhouses have been cladded and the vast majority painted. Roofs are on, and internal fit off continues throughout the site, with all painting and joinery to be completed in the coming weeks.
All of this hard work plus streetscape work now completed along South Pine Road, means Silvergum is looking ready for its new occupants.
Council site inspections have taken place and the civil works are now complete.
We expect to receive sealed plans soon and anticipate that titles will be registered later this month, after which construction of the first homes will commence.
Things have been busy at our stunning Coolum site!
Shotcreting to the basement has been completed and the crane erected, allowing the slab footings, in-ground services and blockwork for this floor to commence.
The first slab pour (Basement Level) is scheduled for the coming weeks – an important, albeit early milestone as we move towards an October 2019 completion.
Precinct 3 of this beautiful bayside project is now 100% completed and handed over to new residents.
Precinct 2 is the last precinct to be finished and is currently going through the very final stages. Handover should be complete by November!
Our house & land project at Ormeau continues to take shape.
Internal sewerage has been installed, stormwater drainage and water reticulation piping completed, and electrical works commenced. The internal roads, including kerbs, are in place while rehabilitation works to the bushland at the rear of the site are underway.
Civil works are set to be completed in October, with sealed plans expected from council towards the end of November. Although we experienced some challenges with council time frames that caused delays in registering titles, we anticipate that titles will be registered in December.
It’s always exciting to see a new project get off the ground, so we’re very pleased to report that construction commenced on our new development in Indooroopilly on 3 September 2018.
Although rain forced the receiving landfill sites to close, thus halting the progress of excavation on site for a few days, the existing houses have been removed and we expect the first big slab (the basement carpark) to be poured during the second half of next month.
