The team at Mosaic is so pleased to finally announce an exciting new joint venture with Pellegrino Group Australia (PGA). After an exhaustive 2 year search for the perfect site for our new headquarters, I’m proud to present The Eminence in Fortitude Valley.

Designed by Justin O’Neill of O’Neill Architecture, this six level, A-grade building will offer 3,500 square metres of commercial space and 305 square metres of retail space as well as serving as the new home of both Mosaic Property Group and Pellegrino Group Australia.

Featuring a sky terrace, private meeting spaces, lounges, breakout zones and a coffee shop, The Eminence will deliver a flexible and welcoming corporate space for years to come. Retail space will offer local Brisbane businesses fantastic exposure in the heart of the Valley, the centre of the busy James Street lifestyle precinct.

We had a particularly stringent set of criteria for the property that would eventually house our team. The Mosaic team has grown exponentially over the past few years, with offices on both the Sunshine and Gold Coasts as well as Brisbane. We’ve long since outgrown our original home in Paddington, now spread across 4 offices on Latrobe Terrace affectionately referred to as “the campus”.

Our new headquarters had to not only meet the requirements of our current team, but well meet our needs into the future as well. The Eminence was the first property to meet our criteria as an asset we wanted to hold longer term, and the Pellegrino Group was an excellent fit as a JV partner because of their shared values as an organisation.

Construction is set to begin in the coming weeks, with completion set for late 2019. I look forward to bringing you more updates along the way.
