Showcasing a rare, direct oceanfront position, Drift was the first new apartment development delivered to Coolum Beach in over 13 years. Generating record interest, it sold out within three months of release. Responsive design takes full advantage of the sloping 4161m2 site while remaining sensitive to scale. Clean lines and materials in a timeless, neutral colour palette were selected for Drift’s highly visual location and environmental sustainability.
