Drift by Mosaic

Showcasing a rare, direct oceanfront position, Drift was the first new apartment development delivered to Coolum Beach in over 13 years.  Generating record interest, it sold out within three months of release.  Responsive design takes full advantage of the sloping 4161m2 site while remaining sensitive to scale. Clean lines and materials in a timeless, neutral colour palette were selected for Drift’s highly visual location and environmental sustainability.

Superior planning and innovative design have led to the creation of spacious, light-filled apartments, all carefully designed for low-maintenance, luxury living, with most apartments enjoying a coveted ocean view.  Residents also enjoy access to a range of amenity, including a wine cellar, residents’ lounge, and a showpiece pool at the centre of Drift boasting a unique 3.8m wide x 1.2m high ‘viewing window’ overlooking the BBQ and entertaining area.

These latest awards add to an already impressive track record for the project, boasting several other awards throughout 2018 and 2019.

The Eminence

A $40 million boutique commercial and retail hub designed to specifically tailor to the under-supplied small business market. The Eminence has been purpose-designed for companies
with smaller footprints, requiring anywhere from 200 sqm to 4,000 sqm of A-grade, environmentally sustainable office space. Initially earmarked for residential, plans pivoted to a mixed-use commercial and retail development when a gap was identified for smaller format premium office buildings with flexible floor plates.

Boasting distinctive, benchmark architecture, The Eminence strikingly juxtaposes the Gothic Revival architecture of the neighbouring, heritage-listed St Patricks Church. Its crowning feature, a 320sqm rooftop Sky Terrace, is set within lush landscaping and sits against a dazzling city skyline.

Finalist Retail and Commercial, UDIA (QLD) Awards for Excellence

Vive by Mosaic

Mosaic’s fourth Indooroopilly development, Vive is a boutique luxury collection of 29, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments over four levels.  A testament to its appeal, and to Mosaic’s track record in
the area, Vive sold out well in advance of its August 2019 completion, primarily to owner-occupiers.

Neighbourhood character is respected through striking yet timeless architecture that is modernist while incorporating elements that speak to the area’s traditional “timber and tin” character housing. Superior planning and innovative design have led to the creation of spacious apartments with a level of finish not normally associated with apartments in this price
range.

Designed with the end-user in mind, apartments are sized larger than average, with 2.7m high ceilings, ducted air-conditioning, timber flooring and stone benchtops with waterfall ends all come as standard.
