Emergency Maintenance

An “Emergency” is classified as a burst water service, gas leak, blocked or broken toilet, fault or damage likely to cause injury, serious roof leak or electrical shock/fault.

During Office Hours

If you have an emergency maintenance issue during office hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm (Monday–Friday), please contact us directly on
1300 985 852.

Out of Office Hours

If you have an emergency maintenance issue outside of office hours (after 5:00pm or weekends), please submit the issue below and make contact with our mentioned contractors directly.

Submit your Maintenance Issue

Locked yourself out of your apartment?

If you are a tenant and you have locked yourself out of the unit/complex, please find below details for registered locksmith that belongs to your site. Please note that both registered locksmiths will ask you for photo ID that shows the property address to allow you in – otherwise you will have to show a bill with the property address and your name or the Tenancy Agreement.

Maintenance Requests

We will put your request to the owner for approval and once approval has been received, we then place a “work order” with the appropriate tradesperson to carry out the repair. The tradesperson will contact you to arrange access to the property. Please note that if an appointment has been made to meet the tradesperson at the property and you fail to turn up, you may be liable for their call out fee. Also to be noted that should it be found that the repair is due falls under the tenants responsibility; we will forward you the invoice accordingly. Please notify our office via email again once the repair has been carried out. If you do not hear from a tradesperson within 48 hours of receiving this email, please contact our office, thank you.
