Mosaic Construction continues to make strong progress across all our South East Queensland sites as we steadily advance towards several project completions. September is a pivotal month, with our site teams focused on reaching key milestones across the portfolio.

Last month, Mosaic Construction successfully completed the Level 7 concrete slab pour for Building 1 (The Esplanade) as scheduled, alongside the Level 3 slab pour for Building 2 (Memorial Avenue).

In late August, Mosaic Construction began one of the most highly anticipated and exciting stages of any building program – scaffold removal – marking a major step closer to welcoming Residents home.
This month, Mosaic Construction aims to finish both tiling and hybrid timber flooring installation on all levels. Kitchens will be fitted up to Level 4, and carpet installation will start on Levels 2 through 5, alongside the beginning of final painting on these levels.
