June is an incredibly exciting month with construction set to commence in the coming weeks. Site clearing is complete and works to the revetment wall along the bank of the Maroochy River are well underway.
The next step for the Construction team is to prepare temporary work platforms for the necessary machinery, allowing the basement perimeter to commence. This is a significant milestone as we officially start to bring this visionary development to life and I look forward to providing you with a further update regarding the official groundbreaking.
