What will this project offer?

Following the incredible success of Dawn by Mosaic in Mermaid Beach, we are pleased to be once again partnering with Plus Architecture to design a beautiful, premium Gold Coast address.

Like Dawn, the majority of which was purchased by local owner-occupiers, Surf Parade will focus on high-quality design, finish, and amenity. So too, a considerable emphasis will be placed on incorporating the most current and innovative sustainability principles into the building's design, construction, and ongoing maintenance.

Comprising 96 oversized 2- and 3-bedroom residences over 29 levels, it will offer a balanced blend of living options to accommodate various household types. The building's form, scale, and material palette are timeless and respectful of local context and legacy architecture.

Abundant landscaping across the building and a substantial range of residential amenities encourage health, wellness, and community.

Mosaic also maintains the management and caretaking of our developments post-completion to ensure they remain beautifully presented for residents, neighbours, and the broader Gold Coast community.

The proposal is a code-assessable application that aligns with the town plan expectations and does not require public notification.

Intelligent planning optimises cross ventilation and natural light, reducing electricity needs. Sustainable materials are used wherever possible, for example, double glazing to windows and doors made from recycled aluminium, and the careful selection of a vast array of other building materials and products that come from low-carbon, recycled, or high percentage recycled materials.

Refined Architecture & Design

Refined Architecture & Design

We are pleased to partner again with Plus Architecture to deliver another exceptional residential address following the incredible success of our first collaboration, Dawn by Mosaic in Mermaid Beach, which sold out in weeks, mainly to local owner-occupiers.

This boutique luxury collection of 96 residences over 29 levels showcases a highly considered design inspired by the natural formation and beauty of the seashell and the processes that shape and form the coastline.

A considered selection of materials is both sensory and robust to withstand the harsher coast climate conditions. Sustainable design principles inform every aspect of the building and its future ongoing maintenance and management.

The building’s envelope is a climate-responsive shell that transitions from a solid and protective western facade to extensive glazing and openings to the east, welcoming the morning sun, fresh breezes, and spectacular views of Broadbeach and the coastline.

Residences are spacious, highly functional, and exquisitely finished. An impressive range of exclusive lifestyle amenities adds to this, including an in-person and electronic concierge.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

We believe we have a social responsibility to ensure our neighbours are aware of what’s happening in their neighbourhood and always strive to leave a positive footprint behind.

We also understand the impact property development can have on our neighbours, which is why we invest heavily in finding a middle ground with the local community.

Our award-winning approach to community engagement includes proactively keeping our neighbours informed over the entire course of construction of any site activity that may affect them.

Designed For Life

Designed For Life

We pay specific attention to the local urban landscape, the communities we develop in, and ultimately, our purchasers.

Mosaic always designs with the end-user front of mind, creating homes that people love to live in and that deliver on our promise of Enduring Value. Spacious, highly functional apartments feature ample storage and high-quality fixtures and fittings. At the same time, an elevated level of amenity adds additional value and nurtures a sense of community.

As one of Queensland’s most awarded private property developers, we never compromise on quality, as our track record demonstrates. It is vital to us that we deliver legacy developments that stand the test of time, with strong appeal to the local market.

How will Mosaic aim to reduce impacts during the construction phase?

As the winner of the UDIA Qld Awards for Excellence for Community Engagement in 2019, we commit to keeping neighbouring properties, the wider community, and those who are interested in our project informed of what’s happening during the entire process. From the Development Approval phase to project completion, Mosaic provides regular updates and an avenue for people to ask us questions whenever they need.

Mosaic also implements construction methods that aim to reduce general construction impacts as much as possible, such as dust suppression, delayed start times and more. More information will be provided following the development application process.
