A recent survey conducted by realestate.com.au has revealed that eight in 10 home buyers would choose to buy a new apartment rather than invest in house and land.
With first home buyers often priced out of a house in inner Brisbane, apartments nearby the city are proving to be an attractive alternative.
The survey found most upsizers are considering an off-the-plan apartment, an opportunity to own their own homes with a large number prepared to pay more for a secure car park.
Many of the in-demand suburbs for new apartments are located on the Gold Coast where there has previously been a lower level of development.
Mosaic Property Group recently launched Bela by Mosaic in Mermaid Beach; owning an apartment in a great location has never been easier.
Bela by Mosaic offers purchasers an unparalleled level of amenity and with an exclusive club on Level 25 with 360-degree views of the Gold Coast, this beachside project is the perfect place to call home.
